The villa is located in the popular Sabal Palm neighborhood, close to beaches and the best spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling. Inside, it is bright and fully furnished. Outside, you will find a spacious porch, a large swimming pool, and plenty of room to relax.
Modern and fully equipped
The villa is spacious and stylishly furnished with a tranquil atmosphere. The open living space connects directly to the porch, allowing the indoors and outdoors to flow into one another.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including an induction hob, Siemens appliances, and an American-style refrigerator. For coffee lovers, an espresso machine and a filter coffee machine are available.
Enjoying time by the pool
The spacious porch and the swimming pool form the heart of the villa. Here your day begins and ends. Relax in the shade, take a dip, or prepare a meal on the Green Egg.
After a day on the water, you can easily rinse off under one of the outdoor showers—practical and comfortable.

The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with rain showers and hot water. Everything is arranged for a good night's sleep and a relaxing stay.
Everything is taken care of during your stay. A washing machine is available and the villa is cleaned once a week. Parking is available on private grounds and in front of the door.
